IMPORTANT DEADLINES

To ensure your loved one’s name is included on the race shirts, please register by August 15, 2024. This deadline guarantees you will receive a race shirt with your loved one’s name on it. Please note: only the names submitted for the memorial will be featured on the shirts, not your own name.

Early Registration Discount: Sign up by June 30, 2024, to take advantage of discounted rates. Registration fees will increase starting July 1st. Online registration will remain open until race day, but shirts are only guaranteed for those who register by August 15, 2024. Extra shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on race day, and any remaining shirts can be purchased for $10 each after packet pickup and same-day registration.

Packet Pickup: Will be held at The Amelia Center during the week of the race.

Thursday, September 12th 10am - 5pm

Participants will receive a reminder email and updates will be posted on our Facebook page regarding specific pickup times or any changes. We encourage team pickups to save time for everyone!

RACE DAY INFORMATION

Date and Location:Saturday, September 14, 2024 *Please plan to arrive by 7:30 AM to ensure safety, as we may need to block off the entrance. Homestead Hollow

• 7:00 AM: Same Day Registration and Packet Pickup
• 8:00 AM: 5K Start
• 8:15 AM: Fun Run Start

Virtual Participation: If you prefer, you can join us virtually by running, walking, riding, hiking, or participating in any way that suits your family’s needs.

Post-Race Awards:

• 5K (chip-timed): 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in gender/age categories
• Fun Run: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
• Top 3 Online Fundraisers: Be sure to set up your fundraiser page!
• Largest Team: (pre-registered only)
